How to Return?

Only eligible wigs(Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged. If you want to exchange it, please contact service@perfectlacewig.com in 7 days upon receiving goods. Any request after 7 days will not be honored. 

Please contact service@perfectlacewig.com first about the problem you met, we will try our best to solve your problem. If your problem can’t be solved without return, we will be happy to accept it and add your name in our return system. Return without communication will be rejected.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns on all eligible products. Perfectlacewig do not sell refurbished or previously owned products and return postage is on us.

Once the restocking fee is applied, any balance remaining will be refunded to the PayPal account submitted with your original order.

Note:

1. Returns must be made in accordance with our requirements, including return address and shipping method, please do not return wigs privately.

2. After shipment, if the order is cancelled for personal reasons, 20% of the total amount of the order will be deducted as shipping, customs and processing charges.

3. Please note that if customs duties are incurred after the goods have arrived in the destination country and the customer refuses to sign for the goods, customs duties will be incurred again after the goods are returned. The second time incurred customs duties will be deducted from the order refund.

4. After signing for the wigs, we will bear the shipping costs if the wigs are returned due to the quality problem.
