Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with PerfectLaceWig. Because wigs are personal-use items, returns are accepted only when the item remains in its original, unused condition.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undyed, uncut, and undamaged. All original tags, lace, accessories, and packaging must be included and remain intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue or we sent the wrong item:
- Custom-made or personalized wigs
- Wigs that have been worn, washed, dyed, styled, altered, or damaged
- Wigs with lace that has been cut, trimmed, or otherwise altered
- Items without original tags, accessories, or packaging
3. How to Request a Return
Please contact us at service@perfectlacewig.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos or videos if the request relates to a quality issue or incorrect item.
After we review and approve your request, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not caused by a confirmed quality issue or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If we confirm that an item has a quality issue or that we sent the wrong item, PerfectLaceWig will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
